Annual Staley Reunion will be held Sunday, August 11, 2019 at the Sunrise Community Center in Newton, Illinois. A potluck carry-in meal will be held at noon. Table service will be provided. All friends and family are welcome. Hope to see you there!
Meyer Funeral Home donated to Elizabeth Weidner’s Relay for Life team. The money Elizabeth’s team raised will go to help kids nationally on programming, awareness materials, and research.
Patty Gillespie was the story time reader for the Newton Public Library’s Thursday morning story time. Patty spent time engaging with the kids and adults through reading. The Newton Public Library will continue to host Thursday Story Time throughout the month of July at 10:30 am in the library conference
