A Huge THANK YOU to Jerry and Heather Martin for these wonderful pictures of this event! Competing in the State Competition for Jasper County was: Luke Weber 8th Grade (St. Thomas), JCJH Camryn Martin 7th Grade, and Ella Radke 7th Grade JCJH.
The Lady Eagles defeated Windsor Stew Stras. in two sets for the JV and Varsity while splitting with the Freshman games. The Junior Varsity team won with scores of 25-16 and 25-19. The Freshman scores were 17-25 and 25-20 and the Varsity scores were 25-10 and 25-22. Category Leaders: Aces:

The Newton Marching Eagles Drum Majors were the mystery readers for the second grade classes today. Emily Ross and Mabry Mitchell read a book to the students and talked about being a drum major.
