The First National Bank of Olney held their groundbreaking ceremony on Monday, October 19 at the future site of their new location in Newton. The bank will be located next to the Cobblestone Hotel along IL 33 as you enter Newton. During the groundbreaking ceremony Executive Director for the Jasper
