Donald Seth Mahaney, age 82 February 22, 1940 – September 21, 2022 Donald Seth Mahaney, age 82, of Newton, Illinois, passed away at 7:28 PM – Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at HSHS St Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham, Illinois.     Private services will be held.  In loving memory of Don, memorials may be made to Jasper County Cancer Fund, and can be mailed to
