The Newton Lady Eagles tennis team defeated Effingham High School with a final of 6-3. The Lady Eagles won single matches with Jailyn Hall, Abby Menke, Darci Marble, and Chloe Kroenlein. Doubles matches won included Paige Klingler and Jailyn as well as Darci and Chloe. Newton – 6, Effingham (H.S.)
