8th Annual Cork & Pork in Ste. Marie

On July 9th, the quaint, little village of Ste. Marie will come alive with the 8th Annual Cork & Pork Festival at Picquet Park. Bring your friends and join us for the day’s festivities. Starting with the Sainte Marie Farmers Market 8 am to noon and ending with the festival that night, there’s a wide array of activities for adults to enjoy. 

The Jeep Run will leave Ste. Marie at 10 am with registration from 9 to 10 am.  and travel throughout the countryside during the day visiting local bars and in the evening returning back to Ste. Marie and the festival which starts at 5 pm. During the festival, adults 21 and over will have the opportunity to sample wines from eight different wineries, each with their own speciality wines. The famous Porksicle will be available for purchase at the food tent. While sampling wines, visiting with friends, and enjoying the beer garden, you will also be able to listen to the Matt Poss Band performing live from 6 to 10 pm. 

Lasata Wines, Fox Creek Vineyards, The Pour Vineyard, Homestead Vineyards, Kite Hill Vineyards, Irene’s Vineyard, Lincoln Heritage Winery, and Vahling Vineyards will all be in attendance with limited samples and glass and bottle purchases available. An ID is required for entry and the cost to attend is $10. All liquor must be purchased on premises so no coolers please. All proceeds for the event are returned to the community through assisting local organizations. To date, over $151,000 has been donated to a wide variety of organizations.
