Trick or Treat for Cans Set for October 27
The Newton High School Student Council will once again host its annual “Trick or Treat for Cans” event on October 27 from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m.
During this time, student council members will be going door to door throughout the community collecting non-perishable food items to help support Master’s Hands, a local organization dedicated to assisting families in need.
Residents are encouraged to participate by donating canned goods or other non-perishable items. Those who won’t be home during the collection time can leave donations by their front door for pickup.
This seasonal service project allows students to give back to the community while spreading kindness during the Halloween season.
