    B. Consider and act on authorizing quote for 3 new copiers at City Hall and the Police Department.
    C. Consider and act on passing Resolution 26-01 Concerning Closed Session Minutes.
    D. Consider and act on passing Resolution 26-02 Authorizing the Destruction of Closed Session Audio
    Recordings between February 2024 through August 2024.
    E. Consider and act on passing Resolution 26-03 Authorizing the Sale of Surplus Public Real Estate.
    F. Consider and act on authorizing the Special Event Permit Application submitted by Newton
    American Legion Post #20 to host an Easter Egg Hunt at Peterson Park on Saturday, March 28,
    2026 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM with a rain date of Sunday, March 29, 2026.
    G. Consider and act on authorizing two officers of the Newton Police Department to attend the IJOA &
    IDOA Annual State Conference in Bloomington, Illinois from June 3 – 5, 2026. Total cost is $525
    plus hotel and allowable expenses.
