A. Consider and act on authorizing the city to partner with Milano and Grunloh Engineers to apply for the ITEP (Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program) Grant.

A. Consider and act on passing Ordinance 26-10 Appropriations Ordinance for the 26/27 fiscal year.
B. Consider and act on authorizing the hire of Beau Atkins as an officer of the Newton Police Department, contingent on passing of the POWER Test and all other evaluations, with a hire date of August 3, 2026.
C. Consider and act on authorizing the Grant Writing Agreement with SCIRPDC for the Public Infrastructure Community Development Block Grant. (Southeast System Watermain Rehabilitation Project)
