The owners of The Hill (Roger Wheat and Jim French) recently celebrated their 3rd Year Anniversary on Saturday, October 19, 2019, by serving pulled pork sandwiches (with 4 different BBQ sauces), chips, and cookies as a fundraiser for Toys For Kids of Jasper County. A total of $678.00 in free will donations was collected from the day’s event!
Everyone gathered in The Hill’s new addition to eat, visit, and enjoy music by The Hagan’s, Fairly Odd Duo, and Dark Bend Syndrome. A big THANKS to the owners of The Hill for their generosity! Also, THANKS go to Keller Farms, Newton Animal Health, Newton IGA, Robinson Walmart, Robinson Ruler Foods, Robinson County Market, Olney Walmart, Olney Rural King, Olney IGA, and First National Bank of Olney for donations of food, money, and support to make this event a great success and in helping the Toys For Kids Committee (Jasper County HCE) with this very special project!
