Based on the updated “shelter in place” order issued by Governor Pritzker today that is effective from 5:00 p.m. on March 21 through Tuesday, April 7, all ERBA Outreach Offices will remain closed and not be doing appointments with customers until Monday, April 13. As previously stated, if you are a propane customer and fall to 25% or less of propane, please call 1-800-252-1152 and ERBA staff can assist you.
The food pantries in Cumberland and Jasper Counties can provide food to customers in those counties while supplies last. If you need food, please call 1-800-252-1152 and ERBA staff can assist you, again while supplies last.
ERBA Senior Centers in Crawford, Jasper and Richland Counties will continue to provide home delivered meals and carryout meals to the senior citizens of those counties. If you would like a carryout meal, please call the appropriate Center by noon the day before you want the meal.
ERBA Head Start Centers will now remain closed until at least Tuesday, April 14. A notice will be coming to parents about this change in date. Should that re-open date change again, parents will be notified.
Our staff and customers are valued very much and we understand the challenges the next few weeks are going to bring. By being smart and following simple hygiene guidelines, we can hopefully beat this virus and come out stronger than before. God Bless Each of You.
