Jasper County Schools held their open houses and buddy nights on Monday, August 10.
Those parents with students remote learning for the 2020-21 school year were able to pick up their devices and books at Newton Elementary.
St. Thomas held their annual buddy night where kindergarten students had the opportunity to meet their upperclassmen buddies for the year.
Ste. Marie held their kindergarten open house. This offered students and parents a chance to meet the new principal, Kara Garner, as well as the student’s teacher and take in supplies for the year.
Newton Elementary offered an open house for their first grade students only this year due to COVID-19. The open house attendees could meet their teacher and put away their supplies.
