Supporting our Community: Assisting COVID Positive Families

As of this morning there are almost 250 Jasper County residents on Covid-19 quarantine or isolation and it is very possible that those numbers will continue to rise. These are our friends, family and neighbors.

These people still need supplies to eat and conduct their daily lives at home.

We are helping to coordinate an effort to fill needs for food and supplies for those that can’t leave their homes. Please share this information and If you can help with shopping and money for the food and other supplies please contact us via the ways listed in the graphic.

Editor Note: During the outbreak at the nursing home, community members gathered together to assist in the purchase of needed items for the staff testing positive so that they could focus on recovery and remain in their home. This is a similar effort for those who have tested positive and the items will be distributed by Sheriff Francis.

If you can at all help, no donation is too small. If you are unable to go shopping and would like to make a monetary donation to help offset the cost of the groceries that would be spectacular!
