Timothy Allison, 33, was killed in a vehicle crash in Cumberland County on August 18 at 6:10 am. Allison, from West Liberty, was northbound on Route 121 when he left the roadway, over-corrected thereby crossing both lanes, left the road again and struck a parked vehicle and tree at a residence, according to the Illinois State Police. Allison was pronounced dead at the scene.
