Betty Lou Henderson, age 97, of Greenup, IL passed away at 9:52 pm on March
12, 2022, at her residence.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm on Thursday March 17, 2022, at the Barkley
Funeral Chapel in Greenup, IL. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 pm on Thursday, at the
Barkley Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Harmony Cemetery in Greenup, IL.
Betty was born on May 31, 1924, in Timothy, IL. to Thomas and Sylvia (Decker)
Rodebaugh. She married John Ezra Henderson on May 22, 1944. He preceded her on
June 29, 1999. Betty is survived by her son-in-law, Randall Finn; Brother, Joe
Rodebaugh; Granddaughter, Kelly Jo (William David Jr) Clark; Great grandchildren, Brad
Bragg, Chad (Skylar) Bragg, and William David (Roxie) Clark III; Great-great
grandchildren, Bo and Roarke Bragg, and Elizabeth Mayman, William David Clark IV, and
Ellie Clark. She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Shirley Ann Finn preceded
her on January 14, 2016; brothers; Berlin Rodebaugh and William Rodebaugh; Sisters;
Erma Woolever, Opal Richardson, and Elnora Rodebaugh.
Betty was a homemaker and a farmer’s wife. Memorials can be made to Lincoln
Land Hospice.
