Peoples State Bank Celebrates Community Banking Week

March 30, 2022 (Springfield, IL) – The Community Bankers Association of Illinois has
scheduled its 32 nd Annual “Illinois Community Banking Week” for April 3-9, 2022, during
National Community Banking Month. Peoples State Bank joins the celebration by giving
away travel first aid kits April 4-9, 2022, as well as featuring customer relationships
throughout the month of April.
“The theme this year is “Lending a Helping Hand,” said CBAI Chairman Jeff
Bonnett, president/CFO, Havana National Bank. “Community banks are committed to
helping customers who have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 crisis or any
economic hardship. As community bankers, we are always looking for new ways to lend a
hand in our communities and make a positive impact.”
