5/3/2022 WIC clinic for women, infants and children from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. WIC is a supplemental nutrition
program for income eligible pregnant and postpartum women, infants and children up to the age of 5

4436 to schedule an appointment. Children under 18 years of age need a parent’s signature on the
consent form. Records required if previous shots given elsewhere.
5/5/2022 The Jasper County Health Department will offer a Walk-In Glucose, Cholesterol, and PSA Screening
at the Health Department. Hours for this clinic are 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Fasting is required for
Glucose and Cholesterol. The fee for each lab is as followed Glucose is $15, Cholesterol is $20, and
PSA is $30. We will need your doctor’s information to send these results to. Insurance cannot be
billed for these services.

no charge for this service.
5/25/2022 The Jasper County Health Department is hosting a Health Fair at the West End Reception & Events in
Newton from 10 am to 1 pm. There will be FREE screenings offered such as Blood Pressure, Pulse
Oximetry, Fit Kits, ect. Air Evac Helicopter will be there, and much more! Door Prizes will be given
away, along with many items available at the vendor tables. Lunch items will be for sale… All
proceeds go to the Jasper County Cancer Support Fund.
