Stephanie Brinson, daughter of Larry and Sheryl Brinson, of Willow Hill, IL, is the 2022 HCE Scholarship winner. She will be awarded her $500 at the May 3rd Awards Ceremony. Stephanie plans to attend Olney Central College in the fall. Congratulations, Stephanie!
