Update: Oscar has been found safe.

Our son Oscar Foster took off without any notice and left us with a short letter without a reason why he took off and left his phone and clothes and not saying goodbye. If anyone see’s him,you don’t have to approach him you can if you want ,we just want to know if he’s ok and where he was seen at.
The only information we have right now is he was going to Montana.

He was last seen around 2:40 heading north on 130. Wearing an army backpack and a fishing hat.
