Director Election
The Jasper County Soil & Water Conservation District will be holding a general
election of three directors on February 2 nd . Voting will take place in the SWCD
office at 1403 Clayton Ave in Newton from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Shelah Bergbower and Lee Elliott are seeking election to serve two year terms.
Persons must be of legal voting age and must own or occupy land within the
district’s boundaries to be eligible to vote.
Plan to stop by the Jasper County SWCD office and vote on February 2 nd .
