The Eagles fell to Casey-Westfield with a final score of 21-12.
Interview with Coach Fulton:
Friday night against Casey was a tough loss. I thought the kids played really hard, but just came up a bit short. Caseys running game was really good and we had a hard time stopping it.
At times the defense played really well. We did get some stops when we needed it but just gave up to many rushing yards.
Offensively we struggled a bit to move the ball. Unfortunately we had some costly penalties that kept us behind the chains. We need to correct those mistakes to be better next week.
Lawrenceville shocked the conference last Saturday by upsetting Paris. They bring a strong passing attack to the game as well as a good defense. We will need to be very ready for what they throw at us
