Adam Zumbahlen, son of Roger and Toni Zumbahlen, will portray Eddie in the NCHS Musical production of Mamma Mia on March 30 through April 2. Tickets for the musical are now on sale in the NCHS office.
What musicals have you been in at NCHS and what characters/roles did you play?
I played Chip and Beauty and the Beast.
What was your favorite musical and why?
My favorite musical was Beauty and the Beast
What scene in Mamma Mia is your favorite and why? (This does not have to be a scene you are in)
My favorite scene is money money money because I like the choreography.
What are three things being in the musical has taught you? and how have you learned these?
Something that being in the musical has taught me is Perseverance. It has taught me how to get through things that weren’t necessarily enjoyable.
What are two pieces of advice you would give young people who want to start performing in musicals at NCHS?
Advice that I would give someone who is considering being in an NCHS musical is to go in with the mentality that it will be a learning experience
What qualities do you see exemplified in the adults who help put on this show that you will take with you as you leave NCHS and how do they demonstrate these qualities?
The costumers and set crew are extremely hard working and helpful. They will always work with you and listen to what you have to say. They are great leaders and make it fun to be a part of musical.
What will you miss the most once the final curtain closes on your NCHS musical career?
Something that I am going to miss when I’m no long in musical is Isaac Kocher
