On June 30th the Newton Knights of Columbus will host a KC style chicken night with dine-in and carry-out options from 4:30 to 7:00 pm or until sold out. The proceeds for the event will go to the purchase of a new ultrasound machine for the Newton Family Life Center.
KC style chicken is a BBQ chicken low fire cooked in halves with a mixture of vinegar, Mazola oil, salt and water sprayed over the chicken during the cooking process,.
