Tell us about you and your family.
I’m married to Tyler, we have a son, Kameron who is 6 years old and I have a bonus daughter, Rylee who is also 6 years old.
What do you do in your role? What are your areas of specialization?
I work in the office, I take care of resident admissions, resident billing, staffing, activities, help staff and residents when needed and other task. I currently train all new office managers in our region however, I have recently been asked to be part of the training/mentoring program within our company to train new office managers in new buildings as we open them.
How long have you worked for/managed the company? When did you start in the industry?
7 years, I started in this industry in July of 2016.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Helping our residents live their best life and being that helping hand, listening ear or comfort for them!
What is your educational/training background? Include qualifications and institutions, professional certifications and awards received.
I graduated from Newton Community High School and received my CNA license from Olney Central College. I have received awards through The Villas for Employee of the Month and multiple Perfect Attendance awards. I am currently working towards becoming licensed through the AHA for my CPR instructor license.
What are your interests and hobbies outside of work (sport, family, community activities, volunteering, etc)?
I enjoy cross-stitching, diamond painting, knitting, crafting
As a family we enjoy- camping, swimming, small adventures and hiking
