The Newton Lady Eagles fell to the Effingham Lady Hearts in all three levels on August 24th at Effingham. The freshman team fell in three sets with scores of 11-21, 21-12, and 10-15. The junior varsity team fell in two sets with scores of 21-25 and 17-25. The Varsity team split the first two sets with scores of 14-25 and 25-16 but fell in the third with a score of 15-25.
