Customer Service Representative
Position Summary: Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions. Qualified candidates will provide
exceptional customer service while opening new accounts, processing account transactions, responding to customer
inquiries and identifying customer needs.
Specific Job Duties:
Open new customer accounts including but not limited to savings, checking, cd, etc.
Provide follow up to customer questions and find solutions to address issues
Provide service as a single point of contact for walk-in customers
Help customers with a positive attitude
Be responsive and timely with correspondence to keep lines of communication open and clear
Provide customer support for inbound calls
Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential
Build and maintain a knowledge of Peoples State Bank products and services offered
Required Competencies
Work involves cash handling
Work involves contact with the public, adhere to dress code guidelines
Must have the ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public
Position requires knowledge of retail policies and procedures, to perform the essential duties
Work requires the ability to take initiative and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and problem
resolution.
