During the Newton versus T-town game at NCHS Troy Hickey, former NCHS principal, was recognized for his years of refereeing as he is retiring at the end of the season. Also during this game, the NCHS cheerleaders cheer camp attendees performed.
The Eagles fell to T-town with a final score of 34-43. The lead scorer for the Eagles was Gus Bierman with 12 followed by Parker Wolf with 10.
