The Newton Eagles defeated Pana on their senior night where they recognized two cheerleaders, nine seniors players, and their senior statistician. The first score of the night came from Kye Bergbower after his brother passed him the ball and he was able to score two points. As the game progressed, EVERY senior scored by the time the final buzzer sounded. The final score for the game was 67-49.
Also scoring for the Eagles was Max Meinhart with 6, Payton Harris with 3, Caden Nichols with 20, Gus Bierman with 6, Parker Wolf with 14, Jacob Weber with 2, Grant Ochs with 2, and Dylan Gier with 12.
