Mandi was born on November 14, 1979, in Vincennes, Indiana, the daughter of Randy and Patricia “Pat” (Rossiano) Steinman. She married Timothy “Tim” Kuehneman on June 14, 2023, in Mt. Carmel, Illinois, and the 7 months they were married were some of the bests of her life.
She graduated from Newton Community High School in 1997. She earned her CNA license and worked at the Villas of Hollybrook in Mt. Carmel. Mandi loved people and took immense pride in being there for others, sharing her joy in gardening and passion for music with those around her. She loved fiercely and with deep devotion. No one knew this better than her brightest stars and biggest joys in life—her children. She would share with them this little blessing, forever stamped on their hearts: Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen. I love you forever and always, always and forever.
