Arthur Bernard “Butch” Tauber, III, age 59, of Newton, Illinois, passed away at 5:45 PM – Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at his home.
Private services will be held with burial in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Newton, Illinois.

Arthur Bernard Tauber, III, better known as “Butch” was born on March 26, 1961, in Decatur, Illinois, the son of Arthur “Art”
Bernard Tauber Jr. and Jacqueline Menke Tauber.
Butch graduated from Newton Community High School in 1979. He was a salesman for BDI in Mt. Vernon, Indiana, for many years.
Butch was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Newton, Illinois. He enjoyed drawing, metal sculpting, collecting
and shooting guns.
Butch is survived by:
Daughter – Jacqueline P. Tauber of Cincinnati, Ohio
Mother – Jackie Tauber of Newton, Illinois
Siblings – Michelle (Terry) Varvil of Carbondale, Illinois
Paula (Joe) Schoonover of Newton, Illinois
Mark Tauber of Mahomet, Illinois
Daniel (Donna) Tauber of Spiceland, Indiana
Butch was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
