Hazel Louise Gentry, 93, of Mattoon, IL formally of Woodbury, IL passed away at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Palm Terrace in Mattoon, IL. Private family services will be held at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup. Burial will be in the Jewett Cemetery at a later date.
