NEWTON, Ill. — An evening of fun, fashion, and fundraising is coming to Newton as CASA for Kids invites the community to its upcoming Designer Purse Bingo event on Saturday, April 18.
Set to take place at the American Legion Post #20, located at 108 E. Jourdan Street, the event promises an exciting night filled with bingo, prizes, and community support for a meaningful cause. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m., with bingo calling beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Participants will have the chance to win a variety of designer purses from popular brands such as Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Vera Bradley, and Lululemon, with prizes totaling more than $2,000 in value.
Tickets are available for $30 and include 10 rounds of bingo along with opportunities for door prizes. A full cash bar and snacks will also be available for purchase throughout the evening.
CASA for Kids, which stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates, works to support and advocate for children in the court system. Events like this help raise funds and awareness for their important mission, making a direct impact on the lives of local children.
