The Ste. Marie Mardi Gras parade was held on Saturday, February 18th in Ste. Marie. The Ste. Marie American Legion Auxiliary hosted the event. This event is their largest fundraiser of the year.

District’s Spring Fish Sale The Jasper County Soil and Water Conservation District is sponsoring a fish sale. There are many types and sizes of fish available; Black Crappie, Bluegill, Channel Catfish, Fathead Minnows, Grass Carp, Hybrid Bluegill, Largemouth Bass and Redear Sunfish. All of the fish are placed in bags
