With March being Youth Art Month, the Newton Public Library is hosting a Kids’ Art Exhibition from March 21st to April 1st. All students are welcomed to bring in their artwork for the expo by March 18th. Artwork will be displayed in the meeting room. Pickup of artwork can begin

Jasper County School District Board of Education conducted a search for a new superintendent to start in July of the 2022 – 2023 school year. The Board hired the Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB) to assist in this process. Joe Sornberger has been named the next Superintendent of Jasper
