Celiac Disease/Gluten Intolerance Support Group first meeting will be on Monday, September 16, 2019 from 6:30-7:30 pm. The HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital invites individuals and families with celiac disease and/or gluten intolerance to a support group for those living with this disease.
HSHS St. Anthony’s Heath Center Building B 2nd Floor Conference Room. 200 W. Temple Avenue Effingham.
Meetings will then be held on the third Monday of each month at the same time and location.
The group is facilitated by a registered dietitian and will consist of an educational portion followed by group discussion.
