CEO Spotlight: Marshall Tarr

Marshall Tarr, Son of Travis and Amy Tarr. 

He is currently a senior at Newton Community High School and is involved in Football, FCA, and FFA. In his free time, he enjoys working on his family ran cattle farm and working with auto mechanics. He plans to attend Frontier Community College in the Fall of 2021 to pursue a certification in Electrical Distribution by May of 2022. He has enjoyed the amount of knowledge gained, learning from the business leader of Jasper County and plans to use this knowledge to better himself in the future as well as his CEO business, Fox Creek Timber Worx. Fox Creek Timber Worx is the place to go for custom wood burnt, hand carved flags. Marshall started his business in October of 2020 and plans to continue this business through May of 2021 using skills learned through the business leaders we have had the opportunity to hear from. 

The Jasper CEO Trade Show will be held on April 28 from 5 pm to 7 pm at West End Reception and Events 202 Museum Drive, Newton. At this event, the CEO Class members will have their items or services available for purchase.
