The Jasper County Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their annual Jeep and Bike Run on Saturday, July 18. The cost is $10 per person and the event begins at the Courthouse Square in Newton with Registration at 10am and departure at 12 noon.
Before taking off from the square be sure to support the Jasper County Cancer Support by grabbing lunch at the Ambraw River Eagles who will be serving pork burgers and brats from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. Porkburgers and brats are $3.00. Drinks and chips are available inside the Eagles. The proceeds will benefit the Jasper County Cancer Support Inc which assists Jasper County residents currently undergoing cancer treatment.
The first stop will be MVP, second stop The Muddy Saloon, third stop The Hill, and the final stop Irene’s Vineyard. There will be Chamber bucks and a 50/50 raffle at every stop and must be present to win.
