a. Consider and act on Ordinance 23-03 Adopting a Code of Ordinances for the City of Newton, Illinois.
(This is an update of the State of Illinois mandates. The City of Newton does this between 5 to 10
years from the last update. The last up date was in 2015.).
b. Consider and act on Ordinance 23-04 Vacating the Alley between Lots 56, 77 And 78 of Picquets
Addition in The City of Newton, Jasper County, Illinois.
c. Consider and act on the bids to do the Ochs Ave. Project. (Bid opening is 2/21/23 at 10:00 AM.) - NEW BUSINESS:
