Ethan Yost presented his Eagle Scout Project to Bob Reisner representing the City of Newton and the Riverwalk Project along with Barb Thomas representing the Embarras River Tourism Council. Ethan worked to collect and sort caps to be transformed into the benches shown in the picture. The tourism council then paid for the benches to be made. These benches will be placed along one of the riverwalk trails.
The Eagle Scout Award is the highest award a Boy Scout can earn.
