Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM – Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at the Scott Avenue Christian Church in Newton, Illinois, with Kevin Colclasure officiating. Jacob was born on February 6, 2001, in Olney, Illinois, the son of Donald Lee Hall and Darla (Kroeger) McWhirter. He attended the Illinois Center for Autism in Fairview Heights, Illinois. Jacob enjoyed playing video games, watching TV and taking car rides.
