The Embarras River Basin Agency, Inc. (ERBA), in cooperations with Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) through the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) is granting scholarships to qualifying students in the nine county area served by ERBA. Cathy Feltner, Executive Director of the Agency announced the following recipients of the 2019 Scholarship award.
Jasper County: Janet Shaffer, Newton.
The scholarships are granted to individuals who are attending colleges and universities located in the state of Illinois. The criteria for selection is based upon income eligibility and total funds available.
