The Jasper Unit 1 remote learning plan was approved unanimously by the JCCU1 Board of Education on Monday July 27th. The public is reminded this information along with the document concerning back to school plans for in person learning are working items and as such will potentially have changes made as needs arise.

“Tonight the Jasper County School Board approved a working document plan for Remote Learning to start the 2020 – 2021 school year. On Monday, July 20, 2020 the JCCU1 Board of Education approved the working document for In-Person Learning to start the 2020 – 2021 school year. So pending no new changes from the STATE, we as a district are now in place to move forward with planning the start of school. And we are EXCITED so many of our parents are choosing for their children to attend in person. The following are the hours of In-Person learning that will be implemented to start the school year:
SME 8:25 – 1:15 pm (estimate)
NE 7:55 – 1:30 pm
JCJH / NCHS 8:10 – 1:18 pm”
