Job Title: Bookkeeping Team Member
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with prior experience in the banking industry and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be capable of handling multiple tasks
efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a
customer-first attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily operations including item processing, wire transfers, ACH transactions,
error resolution, and balancing accounts while following established procedures.
Handle data processing, end-of-day procedures, and balancing of the bank’s General
Ledger accounts, including official checks, loans, CDs, and DDAs.
Assist customers with account inquiries, fund transfers, and online/mobile banking
services, including remote deposits and cash management.
Required Competencies:
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities with a focus on teamwork and
collaboration.
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking and customer service.
