The Newton Lady Eagle fresh soph team defeated Altamont with a final score of 50-33. The Indians and Eagles were tied at the end of the first with a score of 11 each. The Eagles had the lead at the half with a score of 19 to the Indians 15. By the end of the third quarter both teams had increased their score by 12 but the Eagles increased their lead in the final quarter by scoring 16 to Altamont’s 6.
