The Jasper County Retired Teachers congratulate Lily Bierman as their 2024 scholarship winner! She is pictured with Ginger Robins, JCRT president. Lily is an elementary education major and will attend the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville in the fall. She is the daughter of Ben and Jill Bierman of Newton.
