Loan Operations Team Member
Position Summary:
Perform duties that will support and enhance the loan operations function. This includes booking and
servicing loans and preparing reports for management. Communicate effectively with loan department
to promote efficient and accurate work flow.
Specific Job Duties:
Review and organize loan files to ensure all proper documentation is included and complies with
bank standards.
Accurately and efficiently book new loans, post customer loan payments, reversals, draw
requests, etc.
Input information on customer platform system (JH Experience) in accordance with departmental
standards.
Scanning of loan files into Bank’s imaging system (Synergy).
Assist with customer loan inquiries while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
Provide customer service including answering phones, assisting customers with questions and/or
concerns pertaining to their loan.

Initiative, self-starter
Technical/computer capabilities (Microsoft Suite)
