Charlie Schackmann, chairman for the Newton Masonic Lodge Scholarship Program, presents certificates announcing that the Grand Lodge of Illinois has matched the Newton Lodge 216 scholarship donations to both Kaylie Houser and Elly Eaton. This program, IMCAP or Illinois Masonic Children’s Assistance Program, works with the Masonic Lodges to support children and young adults with developmental, social, financial, and educational means, encouraging them to achieve their goals, maintain high ambitions and seek opportunities as they grow and mature as future leaders of society.
