Ann Crooker St. Clair Chapter NSDAR recently received a proclamation from Mayor Mike Schutzbach stating December 15th as Ann Crooker St. Clair Day. The chapter will be celebrating their 120th anniversary with a chapter party. The chapter was founded by Mary Lloyd Crooker on December 11, 1902. It was named after Ann Crooker St. Clair as she was aunt and grandma to eight of the charter members. Both Ann and Mary are buried at Ewington Cemetery where the chapter placed wreaths at their November meeting.
