The Jasper County Ministerial Association is making a list of families for their upcoming Christmas Food Basket Program. If you would like to receive a basket this year, please complete the form below and return it to the address on the form no later than Friday, November 24, 2023. You may call from 8:30-11:30 am Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday at 618-783-3526 to request a basket. If you call, you will need to speak to a person, they are requesting you not leave a message on the answering service. If you can not reach someone on the phone, the form can be mailed.
After your request has been received, you will receive a letter by return mail telling you when and where to pick up your basket. Please remember, to receive a basket you must contact them no later than Friday, November 24, 2023. Only one basket per address.
I just seen this on the last day to apply for the food basket. My address is 811 w jourdan st. How can I get a food basket?
