Noble Freedom Festival and Parade
The Noble Lions Club is sponsoring the Noble Freedom Festival and Parade on July 2,
2022. The Festival will be held in the Noble Village Park with the majority of activities
occurring between 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. The festival will be family and children
oriented. A sampling of festival activities include antique tractor, antique lawn mower
and antique / classic / show car displays, music throughout the day, craft and flea
market vendors, games and activities for children ( ALL FREE – Balloons by Kimberly,
face painting, bounce house, slide, barrel train rides and more). NO SETUP FEE for
vendor booths this year. Vendors may begin sitting up at 8:00 A.M. The Noble Lions
Club will cut and serve FREE watermelon starting at 11:00 A.M. Wetherell Concessions
and the Smokin’ Pig Concessions will be on site for your lunch and snack needs. Also
available in Noble for your lunch and snack needs are the Tin Cup and the Noble Foods
Deli. Come visit the festival, eat lunch with us and watch a great parade.
The Noble Freedom Festival Parade begins at 1:00 P.M. Parade participants will
assemble at the IECC West Richland Center no later than 12:30 P.M. Andy Hires,
Richland County Sheriff will lead the parade followed by the Noble-Wakefield Fire
Department, the Richland County High School ROTC Color Guard, the Richland County
High School Band, many antique and modern tractors, the Richland County Fair Queen
Contestants and several antiques lawn mowers. Next up in the parade will be business,
school, community, church, and political entries. Antique and classic cars and trucks will
finish off the parade. Keeping with our family and children oriented theme we
encourage parade entries to throw out candy during the parade. The parade will leave
the IECC West Richland Center at 1:00 P.M. travel west on Illinois Route 250, turn north
on Noble Avenue, turn east on Poplar Street returning to IECC West Richland Center
(This is the old Noble May Day Parade route).

SET UP FEE). Also, contact Don Carlyle to place a business, school, community,
church or political entry in the parade. Contract Robin Haerr at 618-838-5644 to place
your antique / classic / show car or truck in the display and parade. Contact Kelly
Hemrich at 618-843-4010 to enter a tractor in the display and parade.
